Decoiler

For the decoiler part, you can choose the single head decoiler or double head decoiler according to the weight of the coil you buy from the market:

◆The operation is done at the control table with programmable control.

◆Drive model: 15KW Servo motor drives the cutter move forward and backward.

◆Shear model: cut from up to down by 7.5KW motor which is cooperate with the signal direct and shear automatically

◆Automatic control the shearing

◆2pcs Linear guide length 2.5m , The guide screw is 80mm diameter.

◆Function: it can accurate shear coordinated with whole line control, and With the servo feeding and the cutting settings, it can achieve seamless cooperation with the shearing time, and achive the purpose of high-speed shearing.
